Common questions

How do I join my child's team? Ask the coach for a family invite, then open the invite link or enter its code under Join Team after signing in.

How do I report content or block someone? Open the menu on a chat message or Media Room post and choose Report or Block. Blocked users can be managed in Settings → Safety & Moderation.

How do I turn off AI data sharing? Settings → Privacy & Legal → AI data sharing.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete Account, or from the team hub. Export any reports you want to keep first.

Urgent safety concerns

If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.

A photo or video of a child that looks sexual or abusive. Don't save, forward or share it. Report the post in the app, then email us with "Urgent" in the subject and the team name. We remove it, keep it only as the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). You can also report it yourself at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

An intimate image of you shared without your consent. Email us with "Removal request" in the subject, the team name and a description of the post. Don't attach the image. We remove the image within 48 hours of a valid request and tell you when it's done.
